Our A2 Desi Cow Ghee begins with fresh milk from free-grazing Gir cows. The milk is set into curd, hand-churned into makhan, and then slow-cooked over a gentle flame until it turns into fragrant golden ghee.
This ancient eight-step Bilona process preserves the natural nutrients and gives the ghee its signature granular texture and nutty aroma. No shortcuts, no machines extracting butter from cream — just the method your grandmother would recognise.
Spoon it over hot dal and rice, temper your favourite sabzi, or take a warm teaspoon on its own. It is naturally rich in A2 protein and fat-soluble vitamins, and it stays fresh at room temperature.
